An Executive Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield, Matt Heidelbaugh specializes in corporate occupier account representation for both U.S. and multi-national firms providing corporate services, transaction oversight, build-to-suits, property and land acquisitions and dispositions, and consulting services.  He has led numerous engagements involving corporate headquarters relocations to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including Jacobs Engineering, Fluor Corporation, and Saxon Mortgage, a division of Morgan Stanley.  During his 26-year tenure with Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Heidelbaugh has participated in national and international transactions totaling more than 70 million square feet representing firms such as AT&T, General Electric, Nokia, FedEx, New York Life, Mary Kay and Jacobs Engineering, among many other Fortune 500 firms.
