Matt Stephens is a Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Midwest Multifamily Advisor Group and is based in St. Louis, MO. Matt assists owners, investors, and developers in creating optimal custom strategies, and achieving maximum value for their multifamily assets. Matt began his career in commercial real estate in 2002 and joined Cushman's St. Louis office from CBRE, where he was Vice President and team lead for the St. Louis Multifamily VAS Group. Over the past four years, Matt has provided sales and valuation services on multifamily properties in Missouri and Illinois with an aggregate value over $4.25 billion.
