Megan Pendill is a Sustainability Data Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield where she supports Asset Services’ Energy and Sustainability Team in St. Louis, Missouri. She joined Cushman & Wakefield in May 2024 as an ESG Intern and was promoted to Sustainability Data Analyst as of August 2024. Megan’s primary roles include assisting clients with sustainability benchmarking and helping them navigate Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPs). 

Megan holds a B.S. in Environment and Natural Resources from The Ohio State University where she studied Environment, Economics, Development, and Sustainability with an emphasis in Business and Sustainability.
