Megan Snodgrass works with the Tenant Representation team in Houston, Texas to provide market research, financial analysis and lease structure. She represents tenants in the acquisition and disposition of office space, specializing in lease, renewal, expansion, and sublease requirements.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2021, Megan worked in Office Agency Leasing providing leasing and marketing services to local and institutional landlords throughout Houston. This experience has given Megan a unique insight to both sides of a transaction. Before joining the real estate community, Megan was a Law Student Recruiting Coordinator.

Megan volunteers her time each month with various organizations around the Greater Houston area. A few organizations include Kid’s Meals, Agape, and the Houston Rodeo Breeders Greeters Committee.
Megan is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and holds a degree in Corporate Communications, a Business Foundations Certificate, and a minor in Spanish. She is also a licensed Real Estate Broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission.
