Melissa Twyford joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 as a Senior Project Designer. She is currently the Design Manager on the Planning Services team, producing 2D and 3D test conceptual test fits for Cushman and Wakefield brokerage teams. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Melissa worked for Anthony Duncan Architects where she managed long and short-term capital projects and was involved with all aspects of the projects from schematic design to closeout. She is a proactive and hands on designer when it comes to the success of her projects. Melissa is a self-starter with strong time management skills as well and project management skills, which are examples of how she is an invaluable asset to her clients who rely on her.
