Mike Earl, an Omaha native, joined the Company in 1992 with extensive real estate development experience. Mike is an active agent for Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company and is involved in creating real estate investment opportunities for clients and investors ranging from retail, office and land developments. As a Director of Brokerage Services, Mike serves as Sales Manager and is responsible for nurturing and training new agents, enabling them to grasp the extensive knowledge that commercial real estate requires. Before entering the commercial real estate field in 1988, Mike started, owned, and operated numerous businesses in the Omaha area.

Mike attended the University of Northern Colorado and the University of Nebraska-Omaha, where his area of study was business. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Nebraska, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Minnesota and Iowa. He is a candidate member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute’s (CIREI) Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Mike is a member of The Lund Company Producers’ Club, which recognizes those associates with superior achievements in sales and client service. He received The Lund Company’s Top Producer Award in 1994, 1996-1999, 2003-2007 and 2012-2024.
