Michael McDermott is the Central Region Lead for Cushman & Wakefield's Total Workplace consulting group. My experience as a real estate advisor includes labor analytics, portfolio strategy and workplace strategy. My role is to engage with company leadership to define objectives, develop data-driven results and create an implementation plan for relocation, expansion or consolidation of facilities.

The advisory services conducted by my team provide clear direction to implement and realize the benefits of reduced cost, improved employee engagement and productivity, and operational efficiency. As needed, my work acts as the gateway for additional real estate services including tenant representation, project management, technology advisory and facilities management.
