Michael O’Leary has been in the real estate business for over 17 years and is an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Concentrating his efforts in the Central 128 Market, he has represented numerous tenants and landlords in the leasing of office and lab space.

Michael has been part of the teams to win the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) Suburban Deal of the Year award in both 2014 and 2015, was named a Costar Power Broker in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019, and most recently was awarded a Top Broker Honoree by Connect CRE in 2019.
