Michael J. Pavlakovich is a Senior Associate Broker in the Denver office of Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado where he has been since 2021. Mr. Pavlakovich specializes primarily in office leasing and has facilitated transactions in excess of 1.4 million square feet, totaling over $197 million during his career.
Mr. Pavlakovich’s experience encompasses both landlord and tenant representation. On behalf of landlords and owners, he has represented Brookfield Properties, UBS Realty, MetLife, Heitman, PGIM, Franklin Street Properties, Artis REIT, Hamilton-Titan Partners, PNC, DWS, and Kittredge Ventures. On behalf of tenants, Mr. Pavlakovich has represented Jacobs Engineering, UBS, Patterson-UTI Energy, Charlotte’s Web, Applied Software, National CineMedia, and ManTech.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Pavlakovich was a Consultant for Crowe LLP in Chicago, Illinois.
Mr. Pavlakovich has been a member of both DMCAR (Denver Metropolitan Commercial Area Realtors) and NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) since 2022. Within NAIOP, he is an active member in the Developing Leaders (DL) Program.
Cushman & Wakefield awarded Mr. Pavlakovich “Rookie of the Year” in 2022.
Mr. Pavlakovich graduated cum laude from Indiana University in Bloomington where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance.
