Mike DeSantis is an executive member of the West Los Angeles Cushman & Wakefield office. Mike has broad experience in lease, build-to-suit and purchase/sale transactions on behalf of users, as well as numerous other high profile lease acquisition and disposition assignments, with a strong emphasis on tenant representation.  Mike has been active in the southern California office market since 1980.

Over the past decade, Mike has been consistently recognized as one of the top producing brokers nationally and in the region.  Mike has a highly diverse practice and has completed more than 1,500 lease and sales transactions totaling more than 20 million square feet.  Some of Mike’s clients include Tribune, CBS, United Talent Agency, Deluxe Entertainment, On Assignment, AMC Entertainment, JRK Asset Management, and Playa Capital to name just a few.

Mike is a graduate of UCLA with a BA in Economics in 1977.
