Mike Kavanagh is a Senior Associate in the Middle Market Investment Sales Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he works alongside John F. Ciraulo, Vice Chairman, and Craig Waggner, Managing Director, focusing on Manhattan’s Flatiron, Gramercy Park, Murray Hill, NoMad and Union Square neighborhoods.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mike was an Investment Sales Associate at Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in the sale of Industrial Properties and development sites in the Greater New York City area.

His commitment to detail, along with his strong background in high-rise construction allows him to successfully form personal and business relationships with clients. During his free time, Mike enjoys playing golf, traveling to new places, and spending time with his family and friends.
