Mike Richmond is an Executive Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield specializing in the leasing and sales of office properties in Utah. Mike has been active in the industry for more than thirty years and is consistently recognized by his peers as one of the top leasing agents in Utah. Mike has completed over 18 million square feet of transactions, totaling over $3 billion.

Mike joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005. He has consistently been one of the top producers in the company’s Utah office and was Utah’s “top-producer” in 2011 and 2018.  Mike was also recognized in 2018 as a “Top 100” producer in the Americas.  Prior to his current position, Mike worked for CB Richard Ellis and LaSalle Partners (now JLL) in Salt Lake City. Mike’s client list includes some of the more sophisticated institutional owners and occupiers of office space in Utah. 

Mike graduated from the University of Utah in 1992, where he was a quarterback and four-year letterman on the Football Team. He was also very active for many years as head football coach for Murray High School, where he dedicated himself to be a positive role model for many young men.
