Milo Lipson joined the Ontario, California Cushman & Wakefield Office (also known as the Inland Empire) in 2011 as a Senior Director of brokerage. He represents buyers, tenants, owners, developers and investors on property types ranging from multi-tenant industrial parks to large, single tenant distribution centers, specializing in 20,000 to 300,000+ square foot industrial properties, throughout both the East and West Inland Empire market. During his tenure in commercial real estate, Milo has been involved in numerous significant land and investment transactions and continuously ranks as one of the top brokers in the Inland Southern California region.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Milo was a Senior Vice President with Grubb & Ellis for 12 years, where he focused on “ground-up” development projects. While there, he was involved in 17 different projects, which totaled over 150 buildings/units.
