About

Mina Shehata joined Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford office in 2015. Mina focuses on implementing corporate real estate strategies tailored to clients’ objectives, as well as represents landlords on select agency leasing assignments. Mina is also involved in Cushman & Wakefield’s partnership with Montclair State University in which he acts as a career counselor and participates in student teaching.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mina worked as a commercial real estate sales agent with Samir Realty where he handled multiple lease and sale transactions on behalf of landlords and tenants for office and industrial requirements.

In addition to his work in real estate, Mina’s passion for classic cars has enables him to build a business restoring, appraising, selling, and collecting classic American-made muscle cars. Prior to his real estate career, Mina handled several international transactions involving rare investment grand automobiles shipped to buys all over the world.
