Geographically, Mr. Hamilton’s focus is in the suburban leasing markets of Metropolitan Washington DC, with special concentration in the Tysons Corner, Dulles Corridor, and Western Fairfax and Arlington markets. He has over 28 years of experience, specifically within this market area. He has been involved with transactions totaling over $2 billion dollars in aggregate value and over 8.5 million square feet of completed leasing transactions.

Mr. Hamilton was previous affiliation with CB Richard Ellis and its prior iterations of Insignia/ESG and Barnes, Morris, Pardoe & Foster where he began working as a commercial leasing specialist in 1984.
