As a Senior Associate, Molly Hunt advises institutional real estate investors in the disposition and acquisition of Industrial properties throughout Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, and Utah. Molly works alongside Will Strong and team with a focus on Investment Sales.  

Molly began her career in the real estate sector as a Multifamily Research Analyst for CBRE in July of 2019, in Washington, DC. She then went on to work for Freddie Mac as a Structured Debt Underwriting Analyst, before landing her role at Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and Dean’s List from Kenyon College in 2018 and was an Academic All-American Athlete in Cross Country Running, and Track & Field.  

Molly's strong work ethic and dedicated approach to complex real estate transactions differentiates her as a leader in the industry.
