Morrow Botros is a Broker at Cushman & Wakefield in San Diego, where he specializes in industrial and office leasing, investment sales, and land development throughout Southern California. Alongside his partner, Regan Tully, Morrow co-leads a highly active team focused on representing institutional owners, private investors, developers, and occupiers in strategic transactions across the region.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Morrow served for over a decade as the Managing Regional Director for Jerome’s Furniture Warehouse, a Southern California-based family office. There, Morrow oversaw more than $150 million in annual revenue and led initiatives spanning operations, marketing, growth strategy, and inventory optimization. Morrow’s leadership was instrumental in driving operational efficiency and long-term company expansion.

Morrow brings this business acumen and client-first mindset to every real estate engagement. He is known for his cross-market insight, structured dealmaking, and commitment to maximizing client value through tailored strategies. Morrow’s capabilities span tenant and landlord representation, ground-up development, build-to-suits, and value-driven investment advisory.

Morrow earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University’s Fermanian School of Business, graduating summa cum laude with a focus in Business Management and Marketing.
