Nan Loudon oversees Cushman & Wakefield’s project development services group in Atlanta, managing a team of 18 project managers and support staff. Delivering more than 1.2 million square feet of commercial interior projects annually, Ms. Loudon’s group is recognized as one of the largest and most active project management groups in the market.

Much of the team’s success is built on Ms. Loudon’s ability to help her clients define their vision for their working environment, and then proactively managing the strategic planning, design, construction, furniture, technology and relocation components needed to make that vision a reality. Her 30 plus years of commercial interior project management experience gives her the in-depth knowledge required to help clients balance design, functionality, budget, and schedule in a manner that consistently generates savings of 5 percent to 10 percent of the total project costs.

Ms. Loudon joined Cushman & Wakefield from Carter, where in 1988 she established that firm’s interior project management discipline. Over the years, she has become recognized as Atlanta’s premier project manager, particularly as it relates to large and complex corporate and law firm work environments.
