Nathan J. Edwards joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2013. As Senior Director, Research for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions, he is responsible for leading a team of analysts in the Washington, DC, Baltimore, Nashville, Carolinas, Atlanta and Florida commercial real estate markets. Additional priorities include providing market intelligence to Cushman & Wakefield clients, speaking to industry groups, identifying and forecasting trends in the economy and real estate and producing formal research papers.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Nate served as Manager of Real Estate for the Fairfax County Economic Department Authority, working on the team that coordinated incentives and consulted on high-profile corporate headquarters relocations such as Northrop Grumman Corporation and Hilton Worldwide on behalf of Fairfax County, Virginia. He began his real estate career as an appraiser for MGMiller Valuations in Richmond and Williamsburg, Virginia.
