Nick Abraham is a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield.  Nick began his commercial real estate career in 2014 as the industrial and office product research analysts for CBRE’s Las Vegas office. In this position, he tracked transactional information for properties throughout Southern Nevada, and produced quarterly analytical marketing reports.  With a comprehensive knowledge of the market, Nick then transitioned into the Industrial sector where he has excelled in all phases of industrial real estate, including buyer and seller representation, building and investment sales and tenant improvements. With a comprehensive knowledge of the market and unmatched level of service, Nick strives to negotiate the most economically beneficial and strategically planned real estate transactions for his clients.
