Professional Expertise

Nick serves as the Managing Director of Asset Services for the Cushman & Wakefield Charlotte Office. He is responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality property operations and management for a portfolio of over 10 million square feet in Charlotte and the surrounding region. Nick has over 10 years of experience managing commercial real estate and joins Cushman & Wakefield after 8 years as Vice President/General Manager with JLL, developing and managing over 1 million square feet of new Class A trophy assets in downtown Chicago. Prior to JLL, Nick was with Cassidy Turley as a Property Manager in Charlotte.
