Nick has over 19 years of commercial real estate experience, where he has represented developers, investors, and tenants throughout the Charleston Tri-county area over the last 6+ years. At Cushman and Wakefield, Nick specializes in Landlord agency, primarily office and retail, where his in-depth knowledge of the market and ability to create long term relationships provides his clients with a superior level of service. Nick’s vast experience involves all aspects of commercial real estate including development, leasing, and asset management

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield Nick was the Director of Leasing and Asset management for Triumph Partners, located in the DC area. At Triumph Nick was responsible for the leasing and asset management of the entire portfolio of office and retail properties. Throughout his time at Triumph, Nick negotiated and closed over 500 leases and renewals totaling more than one million square feet of total transactions. He was also responsible for managing all construction projects including major building renovations as well as all tenant build-outs totaling over $100 million in job costs.
