Nico Napolitano has nine years of commercial real estate experience and is a Senior Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group.  During his tenure he has focused on the sale of office, land, and industrial real estate throughout the Western United States on behalf of institutional and private clients.  Over his career, Nico has personally marketed and closed over 141 transactions totaling 43 million square feet and transaction volume of $5.7 billion, to high-net-worth individuals, and private, regional, offshore, and institutional capital.  

While working cohesively with the Capital Markets West team, he is a founding member of Cushman & Wakefield's Private Capital Group (“PCG”).  Nico is the lead for Orange County / Inland Empire markets where he provides private owners and private capital the ability to leverage Cushman & Wakefield’s vast regional presence while offering a cohesive team approach to sourcing buyers and accessing the full market.  

His accomplishments have earned him a reputation for his diverse knowledge and exceptional institutional approach and pedigree that outpaces his tenure.

In 2018 graduate of NAIOP’s prestigious Young Professional Group program, where he continues to serve on Alumni Executive Board.  Additionally, Nico has been an active member of NAIOP’s Legislative Affairs Committee where he acts as a liaison between Sacramento and the regional brokerage community.  In 2023 Nico was awarded Cushman & Wakefield’s America’s Achievement Award.

Nico graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with emphasis in Real Estate.  He currently resides in Costa Mesa and enjoys active weekends outdoors throughout Southern California and the Eastern Sierras.
