In 2018 he was responsible for the largest multifamily sale in the Mid-Atlantic region at $190.65 million. 

Niko’s successes have been recognized by numerous industry groups and publications, including top individual sales broker in 2020 by the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal (MARE) and NJ Biz 404 under 40 in 2018-2019. Niko is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and New Jersey Apartment Association.
