Patrick is a market leader in overall transaction volume and production. Over the course of his career, Patrick has negotiated more than one thousand lease and sale transactions totaling several billion dollars in total consideration.
Patrick and his wife Rebecca reside in Seattle, along with their six children (Samantha, Alexis, Joseph, William, Mackenzie and Taylor).
