Paul Donovan has been in the professional services industry for over 30 years. He leads the MSP Advisory Services Team, a team focused on providing local and national real estate advisory services for businesses, non-profits, and education organizations.
In addition to Paul’s real estate experience, Paul is an accountant by training and a former business owner, bringing 20+ years of accounting experience and finance expertise to his real estate clients. Paul is consistently one of the top producers in the Minneapolis office as well as committing extensive amounts of time and resources to the community, including serving on numerous boards.
As leader of the MSP Advisory Services Team, he oversees advisory services that include site selection / transaction management, facility management / cost reductions, property dispositions / acquisitions, financing, and project management services. Paul has been awarded numerous top real estate transaction awards for his creativity, strategy development and implementation on behalf of his tenant clients.
