Paul leads Cushman & Wakefield’s Multimarket Advisory Solutions in the Americas. In this role, Paul and his team work in close partnership with our brokerage professionals to develop solutions and real estate initiatives for multi-market occupiers. He identifies the right resources and subject matter experts that fit a client’s unique needs. Paul also serves as a point of connectivity to the broader platform and collaborates with our Global Occupier Services (GOS) professionals to grow the firm’s Tenant Representation business.

Paul has over 20 years of experience in occupier portfolio management, including years working as the Markets Lead for the firm’s Portfolio Services Center (PSC), where he provided integrated, customized solutions for all service lines. He also previously served as a Senior Account Director, overseeing account operations, finance and technology for more than 30 account teams across the Americas region.

His tenure at Cushman & Wakefield includes launching the WW (formerly Weight Watchers) account out of their corporate headquarters in New York. The firm’s initial assignment was to centralize and optimize their real estate portfolio through Transaction and Project Management, and Paul’s team was responsible for the transformation of more than 90% of the portfolio. Since then, the firm has added Lease Administration and Facilities Management to the scope of services for the entire U.S. and Canada portfolio.

Additionally, Paul led the Citizens Bank account team in completing more than 450 transactions for 1.1 million square feet, and also ran the Facilities Management operation for the entire H&R Block corporate portfolio of more than 7,000 offices.
