As Executive Managing Director, Occupier Advisory Services, Paul Koenigsdorf focuses on client occupier strategies and leads Multi-Market Advisory Services (MMAS), Total Workplace, Flex Office, Practice Groups and Business Incentives. He partners with Global Occupier Services and all lines of business across the firm to ensure the highest level of client experience. 

Bringing over 20 years of experience in occupier advisory, Paul has held leadership roles in all areas of the business, including Portfolio Management, Global Occupier Services and sales and solutioning for Brokerage. He specializes in developing innovative client solutions that drive business growth and foster long-term success, having completed over 500 transactions globally. He spent part of his career launching and growing an account for a publicly traded occupier client at their New York City headquarters.
