Paul currently serves as Sr. Transaction Manager on the US Bank account. The team transacts in Asset Dispositions, Sale Leasebacks & Redevelopments, Retail & Office Tenant Rep, Retail & Office Landlord Rep, and ATMs. 

During his four years on the account Paul has had experience on every type of transaction. He has sold excess properties as well as constructed sale-leaseback transactions. He has led market searches throughout the country for new branch opportunities and seen those transactions through from market survey to lease execution. He has represented US Bank as tenant in hundreds of retail lease extension negotiations, early lease terminations and ATM searches. He has represented US Bank as landlord for small and large office tenant lease extensions and termination negotiations. 

Paul’s time on the account in these different service areas has given him wide-ranging insight into and experience with most types of bank-related real estate transactions. Prior to joining the US Bank account, he worked on the Valvoline account which gave him experience in ground up construction transactions, including permitting and entitlements and the Facebook account which gave him experience in industrial transactions. 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Paul worked in real estate in the university and non-profit sectors.
