Paul Roeter is a Senior Director on Cushman and Wakefield’s Equity, Debt and Structured Financing team (EDSF) covering the Pacific Northwest and other markets around the country where he is responsible for sourcing capital for real estate clients including owners and developers. Previously, Paul was at Urban Renaissance Group (URG) where he was a member of the investments team with the primary responsibility of sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisitions of new properties in URG’s target markets. During his six-year tenure at URG, he directly led over two dozen capital transactions totaling $3.3B. Prior to URG, Paul worked in development and construction, holding roles as a Project Manager at CBRE and as a Development Manager at Chevron Corporation.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington. He later acquired a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate and a Master of Business Administration also from the University of Washington. Paul is active with NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) serving on the Next Committee. He currently serves on the boards of the Bellevue Downtown Association and the Bellevue KidsQuest Museum and is a past board member of ULI’s Young Leaders Group.
