Pedro is a seasoned leader in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and currently serves as President of Global Client Delivery in Cushman & Wakefield's Global Occupier Services (GOS) team. His role involves overseeing operations for over 300 clients, managing more than 900 million square feet of property, and coordinating a team of over 13,000 staff members.

Pedro's career path took him from finance and accounting into the realm of CRE. For the past 15 years, he has held various leadership roles, handling client relationships across diverse industries such as financial services, industrial, retail, manufacturing, government, and non-profit sectors, contributing to the execution of the full CRE life cycle.

Before his tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Pedro spent two decades at Jones Lang LaSalle, holding several client-facing leadership positions. His experience also extends to in-house CRE teams at Raytheon Missile Systems and the City of Seattle, offering him a comprehensive understanding of his clients' needs.

In addition to his primary role, Pedro is actively involved in advocating for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). At Cushman & Wakefield, he serves as the executive sponsor for the Hispanic Employee Resource Group (ERG), displaying his commitment to improving DEI within the company.
