With over 18 years experience in the suburban Maryland markets, and over 10 years working in the Bethesda, Maryland office of Cushman & Wakefield, Peter is a Maryland native, specializing in commercial landlord and tenant representation in the suburban Maryland markets. Peter has completed over 5,000,000 sf of lease transactions and $1 billion in Investment Sales in the last ten years. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Rosan worked with Grubb & Ellis and GVA Advantis, where he also focused on the greater Baltimore/Washington area suburban office and industrial markets.
