Peter Trivelas has worked since 1998 as a transaction advisor at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ), during which time he has completed major assignments for clients of all industries. Peter takes a process oriented approach to his work, providing in-depth analysis, negotiating expertise and creative real estate solutions while mobilizing the resources of the global Cushman & Wakefield platform.

In 2004, Peter’s peers recognized his work, leadership and team orientation with the prestigious Spencer Sullivan Award. Peter has supported Cushman & Wakefield as a participant of the Technology Service Task Force and has served as a mentor with an active focus on training and career development.
He has also worked as an integral member of several national client teams, helping to establish portfolio-wide metrics and targets, resulting in streamlined processes and reduced occupancy costs.

Peter has assisted growing enterprises with real estate strategies. Local examples have been with firms such as Yodle/Web.com, Criteo, and Reval.com along with MongoDB. On a national and global basis, Peter has helped companies including Biotest Pharmaceuticals, Yodle/Web.com, ABT Associates and Criteo. In each instance, Peter’s counsel and team resources have resulted in methodical execution of strategies that were the core business expansion priorities.
