Mr. Jones’ practice focuses on business valuation, complex litigation, and business consulting. He has over 25 years of experience in valuation, financial consulting and accounting, specializing in business valuation for estate and gift tax purposes and financial damages for litigation. Mr. Jones has performed hundreds of valuations for estate and gift tax purposes as well as prepared analyses and provided testimony for contract damages, transaction and owner disputes, and other forensic accounting matters. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Mr. Jones also holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
