Phil Kelloff is the Head of Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM) for the West Region within the Global Occupier Services (GOS) division. In this role, Phil is responsible for GOS’s Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM) service line, which manages occupiers’ portfolio data and overlays analytics and insights to proactively inform transaction activity for clients across the firm. Phil ensures our IPM account teams are well-positioned to deliver an analytical and strategic approach to managing our client’s real estate portfolio.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Phil held several senior leadership roles at CBRE over an 18-year period, including Americas Leader of Portfolio Services, Transaction Management Platform Director, Global Alliance Director, technology leader for Advisory & Transaction Services and SVP of Global People Operations. Prior to joining CBRE, Phil spent 10 years on the client side at Bank of America as an SVP in the bank’s Corporate Real Estate department headquartered in San Francisco.
