Rash

Rashmi is a Transaction Manager for a team that supports Cushman & Wakefield's largest occupier clients on the implementation of custom real estate strategies for their corporate real estate portfolio.

Rashmi joined Cushman & Wakefield in January 2007 and developed an interest in real estate while employed as Senior Administrative Assistant at the Morristown, New Jersey office. In this role, Rashmi supported real estate agents with lease abstracts and proposals, market surveys, client presentations and revenue submittals.

In January 2012, Rashmi joined Global Occupier Services as an Account Associate for GE Capital supporting the Account Director in transaction management for GE Capital’s US Real Estate portfolio. In April 2015, Rashmi continued as a Sr. Account Associate for Novartis Business Services (NBS), working onsite, and supporting the REM team and Account Manager in portfolio planning & transaction management across the US (and in select international assignments). In 2017, Rashmi continued her journey as a Senior Transaction Coordinator, supporting multiple Account Directors in portfolio planning and transaction management for several corporate clients including New York Life, Synchrony Financial, Zoetis, WeWork, USI, Alexion, Crane, Aramark and Verizon.

Prior to joining C&W, Rashmi was an Admissions Coordinator at The Chubb Institute where she administered evaluations for student enrollments, prepared various reports for the Admissions Director and supported the Admissions Sales team on special off-site projects and events.
