For over 20 years, Ray has specialized in representing office and industrial tenants on their real estate decisions throughout North America and providing a platform of integrated services such as project management, workplace strategy, labor analytics, and more - all centered around the needs of tenants. He utilizes his background in engineering and finance to develop customized, data driven and analytical real estate solutions to optimize economic efficiencies.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield as an Executive Managing Director, Ray served as a Principal and was a Chairman’s Award recipient at Cresa, which recognized his expertise in tenant representation, ethics, and overall production.
