About

Rich Rieck joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Nashville office in 2023 as Director of Agency Leasing. He brought with him a broad base of commercial real estate experience and focuses on landlord representation and investment sales in Nashville’s urban core and surrounding submarkets.

Rich began his career as an attorney and practiced real estate and business law for seven years, most recently at Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C. As a member of Maynard Cooper’s commercial real estate and financial services practice, Rich was engaged in all aspects of acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate. While practicing , he closed over $525 million in purchase and sale transactions. In 2021, Rich began his brokerage career with Colliers International where he provided landlord and tenant representation with a focus on serving clients as a trusted advisor, navigating the complexities of real estate transactions and bringing clarity to commercial leases.
