Mr. Amerine’s 40 years plus in commercial real estate began at Charles Tingey Associates where he achieved the Top Producers Club.  In 1991, Mr. Amerine joined Scott Lauritzen Mathias Associates, where he was appointed Vice President of the Retail Properties Department, specializing in securing major tenants and initiating retail projects.  In 1995, he earned the “Most Volume” award for his outstanding performance.  In 1997 Mr. Amerine then assisted in forming Commercial West Associates, continuing his successful commercial real estate business.  As of June 2013, Mr. Amerine is furthering his commercial real estate career as he joined forces with Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Realty Advisors – Fresno, Inc.

PROJECT ORIGINATION

Over his career in the business, Mr. Amerine has been involved in originating shopping centres consisting of over 18,000,000 square feet and over $350,000,000 in shopping centre sales.
