Richard A. Redmond is a seasoned commercial real estate broker, currently serving as the Director of Southeast Hospitality Investment Sales and Advisory for Cushman & Wakefield. He oversees the hospitality sector for North and South Carolina, leveraging his extensive experience to help clients achieve their investment goals. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2023, Rick worked with Hertz Group in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Marcus & Millichap as an Office & Industrial Investment Broker.

Rick’s career began after serving in the U.S. Army as a Lead Logistics Specialist/Armorer in Afghanistan. He has experience in commercial construction and development, having worked with local Charleston firms and General Dynamics Electric Boat. Rick also has a deep understanding of hotel operations from his time at Embassy Suites and Marriott. He holds real estate licenses in Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina, and a Student Pilot Certificate. Rick graduated from the College of Charleston and The Citadel, where he was a Distinguished Military Student and Honor Graduate.
