Rob Miller is a Director of Research, focusing primarily on National Capital Markets. He rejoined Cushman & Wakefield in 2013 bringing over fifteen years’ of economic and real estate market analysis, consulting and institutional investment research experience across all major commercial property sectors and all major U.S. markets.

Before rejoining C&W, he consulted for Grosvenor USA, Real Capital Analytics and Cushman & Wakefield. In between consulting assignments, Rob was the Senior Data Quality Analyst at Real Capital Analytics where he implemented and enhanced data collection and reporting methodologies, and integrated new data sources into their product line. From 2001 to 2008, Mr. Miller rose from the position of Senior Associate to Director of Investment Strategies at Cushman & Wakefield. He forecasted real estate market trends across the U.S. and conducted a variety of advisory assignments for clients.
