About
Bobby Carrozzo is an Associate Director in the Capital Markets division of Cushman & Wakefield working alongside Robert Burton, Senior Managing Director, focusing on middle market investment sales. To date, Bobby has been actively involved in the procurement, valuation, marketing and sale of over $1 billion of commercial property across the New York Metro area.
During his time at Cushman & Wakefield, Bobby has volunteered with several community service organizations, including CityMeals on Wheels, the U.S. Marines Toys for Tots, Operation Backpack with the Volunteers of America, and Cycle for Survival for the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Placing an emphasis on fitness in his personal life, Bobby has participated in several races, triathlons, and waterski schools that have raised thousands of dollars for non-profit organizations.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Bobby graduated Cum Laude from Cornell University, receiving a BS in Applied Economics and Management and a minor in Real Estate. As an alumnus, he actively works with Cornell’s Baker Real Estate Program and has organized and moderated several speaker panels for Graduate and Undergraduate students. As an Employer in Residence for the school, he performs mock interviews and conducts career conversations for students interested in pursuing a career in real estate.
