Robert Donnelly, Jr. joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2002, specializing in commercial leasing and sales.
Mr. Donnelly has concluded many strategic leasing assignments including tenant representation, landlord representation, sublease dispositions, and build to suit lease transactions on behalf of clients including AT&T, Alcatel-Lucent, BASF, General Electric, JP Morgan Chase, Fiserv, Deloitte, New York Life Insurance, Verizon, Pfizer, Zoetis and Hewlett Packard. Currently, he leads the marketing efforts for Headquarters Plaza, a 700,000 SF office and mixed-use complex located in Morristown, NJ.
As a prior member of the Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group, he has been involved in more than $2.5 billion of property sales including corporate and investment properties. In 2002, he was a member of the brokerage team awarded C&W’s “National Deal of the Year” for his participation in the sale of AT&T’s 1.3-million square foot HQ facility in Basking Ridge, NJ. Other notable transactions include the sale of the 950,000 square foot BASF HQ in Mount Olive, the sale of the 141,000 square foot Atlantic Mutual HQ in Madison and the 1.3-million square foot Alcatel-Lucent Campus in Whippany, NJ.
Robert received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration – Marketing with a minor in Computer Science from Appalachian State University, North Carolina. He received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2004 and holds a real estate license in the state of New Jersey.
