Robert F. Klecinsky is a director of retail services at Cushman & Wakefield’s Palm Beach office. He oversees retail leasing activity throughout Palm Beach County. Mr. Klecinsky has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, most recently serving as a Senior Commercial Associate at NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. While there, he specialized in the representation of both retail landlords and tenants.

Prior to NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc., he worked for Simon & Associates in Delray Beach, where he leased a 70,000 SF retail/office complex. Previously, Mr. Klecinsky was involved in oceanfront residential home sales for Littlefield & Associates, and was also responsible for the sale of vacant land and investment properties. He got his start as an onsite sales agent at Olympia and York, where he was in charge of presenting and selling luxury oceanfront condominiums. Throughout his time there, Mr. Klecinsky achieved over $3.8 million in sales on exclusive Jupiter Island.

Mr Klecinsky is a member of the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Palm Beach Worth Avenue Owners Association and the Worth Avenue Tenant Association. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida.
