Based in Raleigh, NC, Ryan Ennis is a Managing Director servicing Cushman & Wakefield’s Project & Development Services Life & Technology Science specialty. He works with Americas’ Life Science Lead, Jason D’Orlando to expand our capabilities in this critical and growing specialty. 

Ryan is an accomplished technical leader and management executive with over 20 years of experience executing pharmaceutical/biotech, construction, CQV, tech transfer, and operational readiness projects. He is an expert at managing large scale project controls teams and leading complex rollouts, having done so successfully for clients such as Fujifilm Diosynth, Novo Nordisk, CSL Behring, Alexion, uniQure, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Sanofi/Genzyme, Shire and Pfizer. 

Ryan Excels at being a hands-on-tactician who provides leadership and guidance complementary to the client’s strategic objectives. His extensive experience in claims analysis and working in CQV and regulatory environments brings value to clients, understanding the unique risks of their projects. He is invested and skilled in schedule creation, maintenance, and analysis. 

Ryan joins the firm from Turner & Townsend Taurus where he was a Director and led multiple pharmaceutical/biotech projects from $250M to over $2B.
