Ryan is an Executive Managing Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Representation Advisory Group. His specialties include multi-market advisory to Fortune 1000 corporate occupiers, and build-to-suit and development projects across the office, healthcare and industrial asset classes. His advisory encompasses both leased and owned assets for occupiers across corporate offices and industrial and distribution centers. His projects incorporate relocations or consolidations, capital markets due diligence and advisory, lease vs. own analysis and more. He is highly experienced at guiding clients through highly complex real estate requirements and decisions, including developer selection and oversight, site selection, financial analysis, and debt and equity analysis.

Ryan has represented office, healthcare and industrial tenants in every major U.S. market, as well as many international markets. During his career, he has negotiated a wide variety of real estate transactions totaling over 5 million square feet His team’s experience consists of executing hundreds of large office leasing transactions and consulting assignments totaling millions of square feet valued in excess of one billion dollars.
