He specializes in advising corporate office users in their real estate strategy and has negotiated millions of square feet of office and industrial space, representing occupiers in nearly every major U.S. market and dozens of global markets. In Dallas/Fort Worth, he represents clients across the market, focusing primarily on large corporate office tenants.

He is a principal leader in the firm’s Multi-Market Advisory Group practice, which is an industry leading team advising Fortune 1000 companies on their corporate real estate strategy and execution globally.

Ryan is also principal leader with Cushman & Wakefield’s Legal Sector Advisory Group practice in Dallas, which focuses on real estate strategy and advisory in the evolving environment of law firm office space.
