Ryan Hurd serves as a Director in the Boston office, where he specializes in representing tenants with their real estate strategy. He focuses on sale and lease transactions involving Financial District, Back Bay, Seaport, Cambridge and Somerville office, industrial and R&D properties. Additionally, he represents tenants with portfolio management services and global representation.

With over thirteen years of commercial real estate experience, Ryan has been involved in numerous transactions with an aggregate value in the millions. Ryan has worked with numerous law firms throughout his career in real estate including McDermott Quilty & Miller, WilmerHale, Hamel, Marcin, Dunn, Reardon & Shea, PC and
Foley Hoag.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ryan worked for Boston Realty Advisors as a Director consulting tenants both for lease and for sale opportunities. Prior to BRA, Ryan worked with two technology startups, Sync Think and VisionScope Technologies, in Boston before their eventual acquisitions. Previous to his experience in tech, Ryan worked for Cushman & Wakefield on the Downtown Team leasing on behalf of landlord clients. He started his career in 2006 with Richards, Barry, Joyce & Partners working on some of the larger tenant accounts in the city for the firm.

Ryan holds a BA degree from Bowdoin College.
