Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Ryan Velasquez joined the Grubb & Ellis Multi-Family Services Group. After approximately two years of service, Ryan formed Richmont Properties Inc.; a boutique multi-family investment company where he acted as principal and property manager, overseeing in excess of sixty multi-family units. Following his tenure with Richmont Properties Inc., Ryan joined the Land Acquisitions Division of KB HOME, where he conducted acquisitions and negotiated contracts. Grubb & Ellis successfully recruited Ryan back to brokerage in 2005, where he joined the Industrial Services Group.
