Sam Collison serves as Senior Managing Director and Industrial Practice Lead on Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services team. In his role, Sam partners with Asset Services industrial clients, market leads, and industrial teams to provide enhanced services through thought leadership, best practices, and enhanced tools and resources. Sam also represents Asset Services on Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Leadership Council, advocating property management to other critical service line leaders.

Sam brings extensive experience to this role, including property management, construction management, leasing and financial analysis. Previously, Sam held positions with Liberty Property Trust and Prologis, where he focused on the management of industrial portfolios. Sam is a member of BOMA’s National Industrial Committee and holds his New Jersey Real Estate License.
