About

Sarah Wiseman is the Chief Operating Officer for Cushman & Wakefield's Global Occupier Services (GOS) Client Delivery organization. In her role, Sarah drives the GOS Business & Talent Strategy, supports business growth and expansion, and ensures operational excellence across the organization. She also leads the Client Care Team.

Previously, Sarah served as the Account Executive for the Bank of America account, managing a team of over 350 associates and overseeing Transaction Management, Project & Development Services, and Integrated Facilities Management across a 17.8 million square foot portfolio in the United States.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Sarah spent over 20 years with JLL, where she held several senior leadership roles. Most notably, she served as the Global Account Executive for the HP account, leading a team of more than 400 professionals across geographies, delivering comprehensive real estate solutions, and generating over $87 million in annual revenue. Additionally, she has extensive experience in sales and transitions.
