Scott Bissmeyer is an Associate with the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in the Austin office. Scott joined Cushman & Wakefield in May of 2021 as a financial analyst. His current responsibilities center around providing execution services for dispositions in Central Texas and the surrounding secondary and tertiary markets. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Scott worked for a commercial mortgage banking company headquartered in San Antonio that originates and services commercial mortgages on all types of income-producing real estate. Scott holds a BBA in Finance and Undergraduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business, and is originally from San Antonio, Texas.
